try lowering it on the 4e tb... may be different idle setting from 5e to 4e

do 5e's have the same idle adjustment screw on the throttle body as the 4e's? if so try that! iuf not defo a vac line leak or bigger!

sparkys was an old td04 design as far as im aware. there always being improoved!

standard fitment! just rare because they get taken out of most of them!

turbo dynamics and turbotechnics... i no for a fact cant do them.... Liam D's company cant either who he works for... who do work for technics..., the ct9 is nothing like the rest of the ct range and it was the only turbo that wasnt bolted to a car sold in the uk...

the problem is... its a custom turbo.... the seals arent just avaliable off the shelf... even the seals for a ct9 have to be gotten from overseas.... which is the problem! non of the big companies can do a stock ct9...

how much milage was on it georgie and how old is it?

get the fueling checked buddy! Could be a lea/rich spot at the bottom... The Plug n Play ECU's were never designed for the td04 so thgere hit n miss! get it on rollers, will be much clearer to how its running!

A non forged 5e? surely your limited to the amount of boost... So why not td04 to gain extra spooltime over a td05?
