You need to find out why your loosing compression... if the headgasket has failed between the cylinder and the waterway or even an oil way... Not a problem, new headgasket would fix it.. If its related to piston or piston ring failure (test this by pooring a egg cup of oil down spark plug hole and re-testing) if the psi goes up then its sealing around the ring and its piston/ring failing. which would be a bottom end repair! could also be a valve seat!?

One of the biggest factors i guess, is to try and get stats on how many of these cars of left, alot get crashed or broken for spares. Never being sold in the UK makes it very difficult to gauge how many actually are left... Would making it open to allow people to submit any car, not just there own be a wise move? For example if a rare model of advance pops up on ebay, that isnt associated with a member on here, would it be wise to submit the reg, milage. etc for records...? Im not going to get involved with vin numbers, if someone is that intent on cloning a car, there going to do it with o
