follow the guide daz posted up chap, as amjad said, brakes and suspension along the way too! i wouldnt bother with a hybrid... the cost involved, it would be cheaper to go TD04 then ud get more power and torque anyways and not much more lag, only ones that bang on bout lag is the people that havent got a td04

but arent you effectivly pumping up a gauge? wouldnt it be same psi if u spaced it 1mm or 10mm? if im wrong fair doo's learn summink new every day. but if uve lowered your compression then 130psi wont be that bad!

headgasket would lower the compression ratio... but wouldnt lower the compression itself, so its still low... id retest si tbh! wen its fully upto temp... might be a leaky valve seat or summink cus it is low!? how much milage is on the bottom end?

cheers lads! My TRD Short-shift arrived today... I sold my TC shoirtshifter to String as the shaft was straight. The stock one curves back to fall easier to hand ;) and since i have to have the seat all the way back (being 6ft6) then this wasnt ideal. So a TRD shortshifter popped up the other day and i got my mitt's on it, as it is shorter, but has the bent shaft to keep it closer to the driver, but also angles it towards the driver a tiny bit too! snaps: see how it angles back and to the driver! Should be loads better for me...
