id imagine any noises will be creaking due to the polybushes not greased up! Would be same with rsr one if you didnt grease them up good!

dont see the point in this tbh... the amount of money involved and reshimming and all that bull... gonna be £500-600 for cruise cams etc.. you'll get minimal gains. move all your power further up the rev band... save your money and spend it on somthing better...

duno bout anyone else but if u raise the bonnet u can clearly see the heat wave going up your windscreen, wen at a standstill, tis cool. not sure if an NA will get that hot tho... i did do it on my car, but got sick of people telling me my bonnet is open/popped.. :/
