block decked is a must if using a metal gasket... acl bearings... also, i wouldnt bother lightening the stock flywheel... wud be more expensive, JC project ot fidanza can be had for £250-300bar and they will be loads lighter...

been busy day again! i degreased all the auxillaries, PAS Pump, Alternator & Starter Motor and thoroughly cleaned them.... masked off all 3 items, the alternator was a BITCH to mask off, little bits of tissue in every hole took me fookin ages! however they all look sexy clean now and minty fresh: got the pulleys off too for when my polsihed alloy lightweight items arrive Coming Along!

stripped down and rebuilt my driveshafts with poly boots! and, took my power getter off and polished her all back up! took me a fucking hour! refurbed the bracket too: Got a txt of ricky engine is nearly stripped down fully

clear side indicators, toms bumper replacement parts and it'll looks spot on just needs an "Amjad Clean"

usually its a good idea to make the security better not the turbo but hey... 250bhp is a bit of a push on stock internals.... the standard turbo at 1.0 to 1.2bar will see you 190-205bhp quite easily... hybrid ct9 may see a little more, 200-210bhp... but to reach biger figures your going to have to put a td04 vconversion kit on the car such as this: http://race-tech.net/index.php?main_page=p...88ef5cca72e532e this will push power up to 240bhp but is capable of more but that is seriously pushing ths stock pistons and rods!

cheers boys lol! Sorry i havent updated, been working all week! I alternate between a 6 day week and a 4 day week, and every evening after work has been shite weather so progress has been shite! however my cusco strut brace (rear) off mattglanza has arrived! im going to repaint the ends to match the front brace and giv it a clean and polish, didnt cost much tho so cant complain! Ive also got my startermotor, alternator and pas pump degreased! Ready to spray up! Ricky Lee is also going to strip down my engine end of this week/weekend! So build pics from the engine should be coming throug

if filter is onyl thing uve changed take filter off and take i down road with no filter see if it boosts to wat it did.... if it does your filter setup is to blame if it dont its sumthing else!

i got them from ebay guys! cost me £17 for a pair... They are thicker then the stock items! Be good to see how they hold up!

haha got another delivery this morning! a stock ecu (made the foolish mistake os selling my stock one) and poly driveshaft boots... So gonna rebuild my driveshafts with these as they've been through a set of stock ones, 2 sets of universal ones (ripped them apart) so these shud be better!
