I was taking 7200-7400rpm as my assumption mate cheers. Just working out some engine operarting lines for compressor maps. Quite a lot of assumptions though. Doesn't look like there's a turbo out there for me

Yep you know what looks good! Are the wheels in the background for it? Only a couple of quibbles; I think it would look cool with clear indicators (although the more I look at it it does kinda work), maybe painting the mesh a slightly darker colour? But one nice car mate!

There's a lot of R&D needed for headers, wouldn't trust someone like powerflow to do it. Plus it's a franchise is it not? One place can do good work and another can be total crap...

I'd suggest these guys based in Irvine (Scotland): SG Bodyworx But personally I thinks there cars are all horrendous looking!

You could use photoshop or the likes... or use a little program that I use often; Multiple Image Resizer. Then just upload them to somewhere like Imageshack -- Just noticed they have a feature now that will resize your images aswell (Bonus ;) )

Assuming you're driving a GT or Glanza you shouldn't need to get your car remapped. The standard ECU should be able to adjust itself enough to compensate for the increased flow. You may however start to hit fuel cut if you're coupling the decat with an aftermarket exhaust. To get around this you'll need and FCD (Fuel Cut Defencer) - Or what you may have been hearing; a remapped ECU chip

Personally I wouldn't respray a car a totally different colour unless it had lost all value or was a kitted up, stripped out beast. It raises to many questions when you try and sell it. (Ie why has it been sprayed etc.. accident damaged blah blah...)
