  1. Yeah I was going to try to focus on the features
  2. Certainly mate. I'll have a poke through your pics on the rides section see if there is a few pics I can work from. I'm off today but working the rest of the week so it might be the weekend before I've got something to show you.
  3. Yeah Ivandr, wouldn't go for much bigger than 2.5" in/outlets. Also if they quote a pressure drop across the core, this is a good indication of the design quality of the core. The lower the, less restrictive and therefore better.
  4. A guy we talk shop to in the pub has a DC5 Teg TypeR in white. It's awesome to look at but he's the first to admit it's not the most powerful car unless you're ripping the tits out of it (he's had 400BHP evo's and GTiR's to compare it against) He popped the boot to get some stuff out the back, forgot to shut the bootlid, reversed into his garage, smashed the rear window and bent the bootlid - £1500 to repair and the parts took 18weeks to arrive.
  5. I think the 4WD transmission would probably sap a lot of the power from the 4EFE though, and it'll be pretty heavy.
  6. I remember the old story about the young lad at parkhead. (queue urban legend): A man pulls up close to parkhead to head in to watch a game of football. Young Lad: "£1 to watch your car mister" Man(lying): "It's ok I've got a watch dog in the back" Young Lad: "Does your watchdog put out fires?" Man: "Here's your bastarding £1" True story or so I've heard
  7. I've been using the lite-bar skin all evening. It's actually pretty good.
  8. I've been using pop orange for ages, but this ones ok too. Whatever one is ok with me.
  9. Yeah I'm not really a fan of that one either. Badboy tail lights have never really been my thing.
  10. Hey ilghap, my mate used to have a makinen EVO. They're awesome, sold it now though. Good choice!
  11. Was your bootlid resprayed at any time? if not they'll come off no bother.
  12. I'll need to get you some pics of my mates sister's gen7 celica. It's the Red special edition and she's just got a new carbon bonnet with the larger TRD carbon scoop. Changes the whole car, looks awesome. They're making a project of it. Superchargers will be being bought soon I've heard. I've actually got asoft spot for an S2000 aswell. But I may also buy a little rally project, maybe a MK2 Escort, a guy that lives down the street from me has a rally prepped mexico, it looks amazing! - he only uses it for street use though.
  13. Nah I'd say the S13 strawberry conversion is much nicer.
  14. Ah some friendly bitching... let's hope it doesn't go to far eh? You've proven yourself by your results mate. Your kits would be great over here. Just the tuning and maintenance needed afterwards would be harder for us. There are a lot of cowboys to watch out for.
  15. I thought the back ones were just bonded on most cars... don't take my word as gospel though.
  16. Realisticly afford? I was thinking R32GTR, S14A (which is one of the cars I'm looking at now  )
  17. Fully synthetic oils keep there properties at high temps better than semi synth or mineral. Oilman seems to know his shit, I'd listen to him.
  18. I'll have a skyliner please
  19. Heh, you won't see me... I'll be propping up the bar at a wedding this weekend too
  20. Yeah the water splash was fun. A few of the carbed cars struggled with it. The splash even ruined Tony Jardine's day in the Skoda (that's the car being pushed up the hill) - the marshalls were stupid, intstead of rolling it back they held up 4 cars by trying to push it up a mucky 2:1 hill
  21. Yeah but they have the tendancy to make the car look like one big shapeless block if everything is all the one colour. The white wheels stand out nicely. I'll try to see if I can make the anthrecite ones looks more glossy, might change my mind then.
  22. Well someones gotta take it for the team! Thanks for volunteering scutch
  23. Sorry mate, was too busy editing all my posts because the thumbs were all over the bit. Went to see The Prodigy at the SECC after the rally. Few pints in the Snaffle Bit before we went round, few more in the gig. It was great! Long day though, bushed by the time I got home. Glad to see my bed. Click here to watch ProdigySECC I'd turn down the volume to watch this clip actually. Phones don't have the best microphones  I have to admit, for being pushed about by 3000 fans I got some good shots of the band.
  24. Ignore the crap out of focus shots... couldn't get the right exposure or ISO settings From there we came up the road very slowly because of the fog. Got changed and went straight up to glasgow for Awww Yeah! Awesome gig! got some footage on my phone I'll put up later.
