  1. That all! I was expecting some info on fluid/gas dynamics at least how to pick a 'good' fan, and a primer on electrical power , glad I never indulged my curiosity, thanks man
  2. Sounds good Those electric superchargers are a waste of time (that said I'm curious as to what the ebook says, wanna share ) Really need to get a move on with mine,....
  3. Looks great, I see you've got the same attitude to tax placement as I've had to adopt! How did you get the clock out? Also have you consider painting the binnacle around the dials to match the other bit you've painted?
  4. Ditto, if I was gonna turbo, I'd get turbo gear For a quick scare look here see the match sticks pistons on the left, no imagine them under 6psi, then compressing that some more. Now imagine two thousands times a minute, six if you want to be cosy with rev limiter. Oh don't forget the crankshaft thats got to deal with all that too!
  5. Thread over on TGTT has some info, something about trying to drift a Saxo, with somebody on the roof,......
  6. When the intake vacuum(sp?) rises a lot (during accleration) it increases the fuel pressure, so more fuel gets squirted into the engine Would also like to know if it's worth the money
  7. ;) Fire the safety marshall
  8. Mine's a Remus it's stamped TTE on the exit, which is round and apart from that and the black paint it's exactly the same, fitting is relativity easy (theres a guide on-site), and you'll be glad to know it's a bit deeper, and not noisy at all
  9. CF bonnet for me, money is very tight so I dunno when On the exhaust mani's an American company called Pace Setter I believe (horse logo) do a system(see Riko's Paseo catalogue) for 5E engines, the mani might be a bit tall needing custom work to make it fit, but I suppose a group could be organised for a shorter mani
  10. I'd paint the splitter, unless you gonna get narrow white skirts and rear splitter, that could look good with the white wheels
  11. Thinking out loud, what does the NA need that the Glanza doesn't have? I mean all the suspension gubbins coily's, strut bars, anti-lift kits, brushes, etc are the same on both so Glanza kit is our kit too Engine bits, ignoring turbo bits, the rest should work RRFR, Lighter pulley wheels, Spark plugs, SP leads, etc same gubbins again Drive train, clutch, LSD, etc same gubbins once more (as far as I'm afaware) Exhausts, might be a difference here as we don't have a turbo in out out piping, but a backbox is all you really need (that said I do kinda fancy a whole system mani to hi-flow cat and ba
  12. I have no budget at the moment, but very interested
  13. Thanks I got a few bits in the post to come, a little secret bit or two I'm working on and that spoiler to fit, however weather and money fight me every step of the way If the bits turn up soonish I may have an update in a week or two
  14. Looking at the bottom pic, you can see an oval in bottom of clear bit, I'd say the top has been cleared out(similar too that set that was on yahoo auctions before) and a lexus bit dropped in
  15. I was think Jap as in keeping as the jap's supplied it not adding bits off different models(ie keep the orange indicators instead of clear ones). My definition of jap must be different to everyone else's
  16. I also sprayed the grey plastic silver to make em look better, if you wanted real JDM you'd stick with what they came with, the foggy headlights
  17. Finally updated the first post ot include pic of new door handles and remove damage pic of the green one Also the interior light is fixed, took it back to them the guy was as stumped as me, as the bulb and fuse were perfect, so he said he sprayed some oil on it (the light switch mechanism under the plastic cover) and it works now! Idrees_SR you could try that I believe it improves the contact, cleaning the contacts may help also
  18. Compare image, but it's through a window and a distance away so you can't really tell
  19. Jap? it's in Halfords next to the rest of the aircraft wings!
  20. There ok, big spoiler, and the spoiler on the rear wiper, what an embarrassment,......
