  1. Probably not I've paid for it, but I'm at the mercy of the seller, postage 1st class, just seems that with e-bay it takes them a week or two get it in the post, then I need to figure out how to get on and stay there,.....
  2. It was on a roundabout where off-motorway traffic joins a normal road, traffic bunched up, I was second to last in the line, crunch I'm not gonna lose the car (I've really grown to like the colour:)), even if I have to strip the interior, and bumper off myself to lower labour costs and speak up the car's value to avoid a write-off, I'm keeping it (plus that strut was an arse to get on, so it can damned well stay there! ;) ) The strut is actually well painted in purple, it's has some foot prints on it now for some reason,...........
  3. Fitted it I then went to pick up the girlfriend in it, and somebody hit me on the way, lovely Pic was taken in the dark, He was driving a ford ranger, so was too high to hit the bumper which is 100% ok, the light has a few cracks, and the metal is punched in, got the details off his work today (company vehicle) going to phone the insurance bodies to start the process of filing a claim against them
  4. Poor lad, get well soon As my mum would say, if you can complain about it, it's not that bad is it! (Now eat your breakfast and get to school )

  11. He may be blaming high emissions on hollowed out cat, but as somebody said up high, heat the cat, they work best when hot (helps the chemical reactions along), I know somebody(on the Paseo fourm) with throttle bodies failed the emissions, my money is on,... Cold cat (low performance) Cold engine (more throttle, thus more air, air/fuel mixture possibly a bit rich too) K&N (lots of cold) So put the old filter if you have, give it a nice cup of hot co-co, wrap it up warm and send it off for it's MOT But I could talking out of my rear!
