The little crappy daihatsu fox sounded like a V8?! Whats up with that! ;) ;)
-
Yeah they're very nice, sound awesome in the metal too! ;)
-
The usual reminder for top gear tonight, they're actually testing the GTR around the track on this one so should be worth a watch! ;)

You can get them off toby at the toytuning website: http://www.toytuning.com/onlineshop/interi...ty/tobyaspinall Although it might be quicker and cheaper going straight to toyota, or even ask sheekey.

I think you need to take off the bottom pulley cover to get the top one of too, not 100% sure though. With the actuator you should have a t piece with the kit which you use to connect up all the original vaccum lines, or if you have a boost controller you just have two lines coming from it, one goes to the nipple on the turbo and the other to the actuator port.

Erm yes, do you drive a glanza? ;) ;)

Lol I wasn't buying the speakers for how they looked, you can't see them when their fitted, but I see what you mean. -

Cheers guys, the headunit is nice, its quite old now but it does exactly what I wanted and it was only 100 quid new. I've already sold the double din one to a guy on tgtt, I didn't even advertise it! I noticed you don't have any pics of my car in your gallery anymore Toby! I need to take some good one's with the rays on but they need new tires, when I've got some I'll send you a couple Toby. -
You asking? Yes I want this to be a threesome

Go into the traders or for sale section, find the item you want, pm the seller and pay. What do you expect? Its a forum not a shop.

I was with elephant for my first year and I made sure they had it down as a glanza, its on my statement as a Glanza. They must've changed now.

My Troublesome Turbocharged Terror
WallaceGlanza replied to WallaceGlanza's topic in EP91 Glanza Progress Blogs
Well after stripping the car out I had no music in the car as the only speakers that were wired up were the 6x9's on the rear shelf. So I purchased myself some new 10cm speakers as I couldn't face going back to the crap standard one's and at the same time I bought myself a new headunit. The speakers I went for are Pioneer TS-E1076's and a matching Pioneer DEH-P6750MP head unit, nothing too fancy as I just want a reasonable setup with stock fitment speakers and decent sound quality. So firstly it was out with the old double din beast, plus all the wiring, some jap went mad with it!; New sp -

New here and thinking of buying a starlet GT..
WallaceGlanza replied to BigShow's topic in Welcome New Owners!
You found it embarassing because you could only overtake slowly!? You'd find it even more embarassing the amount of starlets that could overtake your merc very quickly. They are easily tuneable and can be much quicker than your heavy merc with ease, you'll enjoy that. If you have a look about the forum you'll find info on what to look out for when buying, they're pretty reliable little cars if looked after and modified properly which is probably the most important thing to look for. The bestthing is to buy one off someone who has a good bit of knowledge about these cars and will of looked af -
I just did it last week and I can't even remember! I think its on the a-pilar just next to the seat belt reel on the drivers side, you'll have to take the plastic trim off to find it, make sure you don't unplug the door close sender though.
-
Just checked and thats the full list, I'd missed out the engine management light. Love you can unplug the sender for the seatbelt light so its not always on. This is the way my dash lights up at the mo; ABS - nope Airbag - nope Cat temp - bingo Oil pressure - bingo Handbrake - bingo Seatbelt - nope Battery - bingo Door open - bingo Engine management - nope Fuel light - unfortunatley bingo
-
Off the top of my head, ABS Airbag Cat temp Oil pressure Handbrake Seatbelt Battery Door open Engine management They should all light up then go out, wish I asked this before I bought mine since half of them didn't light up!
-
Well you need the whole front of a glanza, so its not really a straight choice between just the lights.

1 bars fine on the ct9 with proper supporting mods, thats the max though. Hello by the way!!
