  2. Join the club been after a blitz ecu for months lol Im useing a JAM ECU atm but im a blitz fan and realy want one to go with the rest of my blitz items but its just not happing lol
  3. Should be ok to run a td04 without an ecu dude as the stock actuator on them is set at .0.8bar and cant see you getting as much creep as what you would a ct9. But obviousley if you slap an ecu on there you are going to see more benefit as you can turn the boost up ect...Go td04 for abit then save up for an ecu orr gather all your bits together and put them on at once lol

  6. The reason that big ford boys run without a DV is because they are most likely ex gated set ups there for its releasing the pressure from the turbo so that it can spool up quickly! I also arent a fan of fluter. I know on the mark 1 focus RS they dont like DV's they only run right when useing the stock recirc valve or an aftermarket recirc valve.
  7. Matt's (socks) Glanza seams to be coping ok on stock cams ect i think an inlet and standalone and he'll be hitting near the 400bhp figher but he's saved 1k not getting any head work done...If Mat wanted to rev to 9000rpm then i can see the point of the cams

  9. castrol 10w40 will be fine to use on a stock engine its on offer in Asda atm aswell lol But i've always used Toyota 5w30 and never had a problem with any of my glanzas i've owned in the past
  10. Phil i've got a cap here that plugs into the EFI pipe recirc valve hole!.it came with my blitz dump valve you can have it if you cover postage matey if your not sure what im on about i can take a pic if you wish! And good work on the EP dude should be back boosting in no time
  11. Has anyone ever proved that a racespec head gives you any gains? for the money some people pay i think is silly! for what a few bhp more if that? for like 1k's worth of work on a head lol. Get it ported, strong valve springs, maybe some new cams but gain are the cams going to give you an extra 100bhp i dont think so...I think alot of people throw money at things that arent necessary! shot your money into a good standalone

  14. Nah not realy! if you think about it the two pipes either side of the intercooler are the main intake pipes! And the number plate isnt covering the core near them two intake pipes so it should get all the cooloing it neads! If i was runnig 1.7bar and i needed all the cold air i could get then id be worried!..At the end of the day the stock TMIC only has a little vent/scoop to get its cold air but it still manages to work! and work well with the likes or the ARC and Rx7 intercoolers

  16. No i used the brackets supplied but i did have to cut and shape the main bracket that bolts on top of the intercooler! If you can get the intercooler core behind the crash bar then your bumper should fit without cutting And cheers im getting abit to old for the cut out bumper thing now and just wanted to keep it looking factory
  17. Just to add I fitted a Toyosports FMIC the other day and with a bit of pissing about with the core i got it to fit without cutting the bumper Bonus! just the way i like it

  21. Dose the standard thrust bearing work with these cluches? just want to be sure befor i think about buying one
