james@cjperformance replied to Amjad's topic in Starlet Parts For Sale
^^ ivery much doubt it, you would struggle to get the tyres fot that price tbh, can vouch for these wheels they are in a1 condition and as amjad sais the tread is barely touched bump for a cheap set of wheels! -

james@cjperformance replied to mattyD's topic in Wanted
i have a mk1 bumper with optional front spliter, was in black but needs a prep an respray both of which i could do for cost of any filler/paint could get it done i the next few weeks and meet you near bristol with it as i need to head out that way to have a meeting with a supplier -
yup im with you, I wont put my name down just yet but if you hit 4 ill more than likely take one

So are the mk1/mk2 the same the difference being a glow badge or reflector? Thats the one thing im really not clued up on lol. My original bootlid has the reflector if i took one would i be able to put a glow bade in at later date once i find one cheap as opposed to being ass raped

Ours are ace and not made from tin foil like the above video. People who pay big name manufacturers for parts tent to slate cheaper products like been done above to purely aid sales. Saying that there are some shocking examples on ebay

Looking at a GT that's using water, what could it be?
james@cjperformance replied to Amjad's topic in Intake, Turbo & Exhaust
Amjad i can take a look before he buys it if you like easiest safest option would be to take the cost of a known working engine off the price of the car. Once they have been opened more problwms could arise leaving qith a badly priced gt Amjad i can take a look before he buys it if you like easiest safest option would be to take the cost of a known working engine off the price of the car. james@cjperformance replied to A L 3 X's topic in Intake, Turbo & Exhaust
oil return is fine as for the oil leak id say it could possibly be crank seal but do as aky said and clean it all up and check it again after a few miles may give a better idea -

Mitsubishi evolution versions?
james@cjperformance replied to maddox710's topic in Lifestyle General
the later evos have different levels the evo 8 rs which is the lightweight version was around 280 and then on to a tommy mack which was around 310 iirc later evos again come in versions of fq300 360 and 400 if he is looking into getting an evo id higly reccomend an early evo maybe even a 2 or 3, they are alot lighter than the later versions and do not have yaw control which can be a right pain if you have any problems with it ;) -
