most bike powered minis can be put under kit car insurance which i find quite cheap for what you would get out of it.
-
he said cheap to run and obviously if you have a heavy foot they are not, but saying that you cant have a cheap nippy jap car imo those three criteria dont work in the same sentance.if you havent got a lead foot then all of the above can be run quite cheaply with quite good power when you can afford to/want to.

im heading down to cardiff 2moro fi you want me to pick up your mani and port it for you i shall good work to man keep it up -
mate if you are becoming a family man buy a sensible car that has a boot.that thing is for 1 the ugliest car i have seen for a long time and look at the boot.why dont you buy a carina for £350 as a family wagon(i have one) they use minimal fuel have loads of room and go forever, then buy a toy for the weekends like an evo or legnum etc.so you then have the best of both worlds.if you like them then you like them but think practical. just my 2p though james
-
you have to spray hole panels at a time dude.you are allways going to get stone chips unless you drive round at 10mph
-
as said above they will go shiney, just keep a couple of tins of matt black paint in your boot for touch ups.laquer is a pain in the arse when it chips so matt is the way forward
-
the lamda gets really hot and could go through the hose which is a coolant hose for the turbo.
-
what decat is it, you could run it without lamda in and but a nut to block the hole from a good exhaust place, they are around £5
-
i also think you need to have the block notched to fit scat rods

Are Blueprint Oil Filters Decent For 4efte?
james@cjperformance replied to Amjad's topic in MOT & Maintenance
honsestly dont think it would make a great deal of difference in which oil you use, aslong as you are prepared to change it every 3k or before you wont go wrong. -
going by your guaging interest thread mate you will have no worries getting rid of the carbon goodies.and then 4k for a forged v is a good price so shouldnt sit long at all.only one way to find out i guess.
-
my mate called round with it the other day, i was well impressed, but then saying that ive never played a ps3 so,all in all i found it to be very addictive.
-
pretty sure 4efe gear box bolts are the same as 4efte one.pull one out of your car and see if they fit in the block on your 4efte, i think they will then you are onto a winner.
-
take one of your gearbox bolts out and go and match it up in hardware store.get them a little longer as some stands the gear box bolts are not long enough, you can still drive you car with one missing too.
-
yeah gearbox bolts will do it mate.not sure on thread size etc
