I agree with Matt I know many people with fantastic motors from TD running good power and reliable power there work from what I have seen has always been second to non

So TD did your build ? I've only heard of one other engine having issues other than urs to be honest

U are correct they have a smaller surface area than a stock rad but because of how they are made core wise etc they can disperse say 30/40% more heat which In affect will aid cooling depending on what rad u go for

Hi mate as for the technical side of thinks as in ek eg I can't really help as I don't know my civics that well but I brought a triple core rad from tuning developments wit slim line fan etc and I like its a cracking bit of kit and I know they do a dual core rad aswel and some standard size ally rads u could always try there website for a sniff around see what u think

If your running a decent amount of power Then yes I would say so mate I went on track at jf2 and I'm running a td04 at a bar and oil temp was reaching 100-110 at which point I kept backing off as it starts to loose it's viscosity at that temp

It may just be a faulty Unit mate if u have checked all cables re-set and re-calibrated it etc there isn't much else u can check I think

I've been to exhaust uk a couple of times with mates n they seemed very professional and the work they did looked good Im not sure what grade steal they use though off the top of my head
