    Flush it out re-place the coolant bleed it and see how it goes u may need a triple core rad to attempt to combat the heat u lot experience

    There is loads of good gauges around mate I'm an odd bod lol I have a stri boost gauge that is awsome on the right hand side of the dash and a depo oil temp and oil pressure gauge on the centre console

    Sounds a little high for me mate rpm wise put u were in 5th and it is only a 1.3 engine so 40 in 5th might be asking a bit much try 3rd gear or summit n see then but that's just my opinion mate some one else may be able to give u better advice
