    What i've always done with troublesome rust spots is to clear as much of it as possible. Once back to bare metal, coat it with acid etch primer. It helps seal and bonds the paint to the metalwork. Then use your primer/paint of choice to put the colour back. Day

    Better cars to make a rally car out of. Too much hassle, limited parts available. Parts that are available arent cheap. No LSD's available at present. Maybe try a mazda 323 gtx? Nissan pulsar? Day

    You've obviously never met the Land Rover boys haha, theres an apprentice at my work who reckons his defender is better than my CTS. When asking him where it was he replied "In the garage waiting for a new engine, gearbox, chassis, wiring loom" haha. Told him to come back when his car actually works lol. Day

    Copper hammer, or a mallet. IIRC there are some screw holes that you wind some bolts in to push the disc off. mate I think. Day

    I've plenty of spare room in one of my garages if you're looking to store some parts. Its in a secure area and isnt used very often so parts wouldnt be at risk of damage. Drop me a pm if you want. Day

    Superflex, powerflex, polybush, superpro all sell ARB bushes, the cups will all be similar. Day

    Just measure the diameter, see if any polybush companies sell them. Any uprated ARB bush of the same size will fit. Day

    I think the bottom arm bushes are a different size. The hub units can be swapped over as the ABS uses a pick up ring on the CV Day
