  1. Might have pulled some crap out of the bottom of the tank, you thought about changing the fuel filter? If that makes no difference. It might be worth pulling the pump and having a look, theres another filter in the inlet of the pump. Day
  2. I know theres a guy in dinnington with a 1AO glanza, black wheels, auto too. Bought the car from thrybergh car sales. Day
  3. I ran a 2.5 in pipe straight through from turbo back and it was lovely, even on boost. Long journeys were a doddle lol. Day
  4. Just like brake pads, it needs to form to the shape of the flywheel. What was the surface like when you fitted the new clutch? Day
  5. There's a bedding in period with any new clutch, just take it steady till it's taken to the shape of your flywheel. Day
  6. More than likely that will have been part of an alarm system. Day
  7. Mechanical engineer. Do alot of outages/stripdowns/overhauls on power stations including nuclear/gas/biomass. Just taken a new job with a company that supply pumps/valves to the MOD. Alot of the stuff finds its way on astute class subs/carriers. Day
  8. Worth putting a new clutch on, If its an oil seal you'll notice it all round the bottom of the box. Day
  9. Its scary what its all coming to. Half expecting the same issues as last year to rise up again. Cant believe how bad it is in ireland though, gutted for you guys! Day
  10. Its just the time of year. I advertised mine in january and it sold within 3 days of it going live on pistonheads. I got my asking price too (3500). Albeit i'd spent alot of time and money replacing little bits so it was perfect. Best thing to do is sort out the niggles whilst its up for sale. No one wants to be buying into problems. Day
  11. I ran one on my civic for a while. Even passed an MOT with it. Aslong as its near the standard size and relflective it should be fine, never got any pulls either. Day
  12. Lightened flywheel should help with throttle response Day
  13. Make sure its connected properly Day
  14. You made a good job of the first clutch haha!. Day
  15. Old shape Yaris SR. Nice little cars, plenty of kit, nippy but still return excellent economy. Day
  16. I'd imagine for the same reason as me. Limited choice, you've got the outrageously priced Blitz NUR's, Japspeed, Jperformance and blueflame available off the shelf. Unless you come across a second hand one like 5zigen, fujitsubo etc, its cheaper to go custom and have it exactly how you want. Day
  17. Clean everything before you put it back together, make sure there's some high temp grease where needed. and its worth checking the seals whilst the box is off. A friend didnt and we ended up having to pull the box back off to replace the input shaft seal a week later haha. Day
  18. Nah, I'm running a competition clutch stage 4 myself, cant rate it enough. Fitted a couple to mates cars and heard nothing but positive reviews, will be more than capable of handling 200bhp. Day
  19. I had mine done there, and Edd Hale had his done there also, think he used to work for them too. They've done some very nice cars, the work is fantastic too. Best thing to do is have a wander up and get a quote. Day
  20. Custom pipes in doncaster. Far better than exhausts uk. Day
  21. Not to mention a good thrash every now and then. Day
