Alex think auto are the people to talk to: http://www.thinkauto.com/ Tell them what you want and thats it's a Japanese import with the small filter as they do small sized plates to go onto the block. They will be able to supply you with everything you need for a relocation kit. Might not be the cheapest but will be good quality stuff.

Not a very good base for tuning though, auto so you would need the rare manual 4wd gear to convert it and 5 door...
-
Try and compare the plug to a blitz or hks plug mate you will have much more luck getting a harness for one of them rather than a FET one
-
All the trd carbon parts are carbon dipped but the finish on them is very very good quality they are really smooth and comparted to other carbon dipped parts i have had in my hands it's easy to tell the real deal.

I ran an EVC 4 for a while was a good controller if a little tricky to setup at times. Much prefer my turbosmart eboost 2 though easy to set up and is a 60mm gauge so has fitted neatly into my pillar pod which is good for changing boost settings i found where i had the evc below the radio it was difficult to see and adjust.

Will never get anywhere there is a multi million pound business in cleaning products that would be over if this went ahead. I agree with the trying to get some of the hand car wash places shut down that do not have a lience for disposing of the waste.
