Unless the manafacture puts them in, like in new mercs, audi's...etc its always Illegal! Even if you have projector lenses and your car didn't come with HID's as standard its illegal

Hid's all the way if you want good visiablity I might want to add any aftermarket HID's are ILLEGAL lol Ive had no problems with it tho

Yh viper is pretty good, i would've recommended Clifford but thats a bit out of your price range try and look for reviews if you can you don't want an alarm that goes off for no reason (like my toad alarm! drives me nuts )
