  1. Fuel cut is around 12.5 if i remember correctly so it is most likely going to be that . Bourkey
  2. @ Enzo -Yeah i remember your crash. God knows how you escaped with a few cuts. You rolled a good few times if i remember correctly!! Might not be the wisest idea in most peoples eyes but it is what i have always wanted. Anything could happen any time of your life so you might as enjoy it . Trust me i have learnt my lesson, the hard way at that but one truly learnt. I'll have the odd laugh on a bike but i know what can happen if it all goes wrong. Siobhan doesn't mind. She said i'd better not be daft on it though or she will kick the crap out of me...which she will. Bourkey
  3. Hi all, Well it is now a year on since the accident. Since I last posted things have improved massively. The last operation was a big step back at first as I could barely move again, and losing all the movement in my hand again was extremely frustrating again. But now my arm feels so much better. I have a new metal plate and 8 screws in my arm instead of the rod I had. This coupled with artificial bone graft in the middle has made the bone heal rapidly. My arm actually feels as one again for the first time in a year. Hear it is now. I have now also been fully discharged from hospital s
  4. Wow.......just....wow . Im actually speechless... Bourkey
  5. . Not heard that name in a while. Not sure if im going this year...again. I'll be concentrating on getting back on the road so it will probably interfere with it. Bourkey
  6. I used lots of different oils and found a good semi synthetic worked better than fully synthetic. I got Mobil 1 from Halfords. Something like £20 for 5 litres too which is very good . Bourkey
  7. The Yaris, im guessing you mean the earlier models and not the very new shape, are around 400kg's heavier than the EP91 & EP82. Saftey and more accessories affect this massively with newer cars . Bourkey
  8. I would definately protest that one. The officer was inticing you in to speeding. Fair enough you should not have been doing 80 mph but to agitate you to go further is unfair. Speak to a solicitor mate as it is definately worth defending in my opinion. Also you wont lose you NCB for it. If you ever got banned keep it insured until the insurance runs out without telling them you are banned. It wont matter as you aren't going to have a bump if the car is not being driven. Collect the NCB when it does run out and cancel the policy, when you are back on the road get insurance with you NCB but the
  9. There is a white one knocking about Bury/Manchester with the numberplate P44 SEO . I've seen it a few times now. Bourkey
  10. The big gazebo is long gone im afraid. I spoke to Mark about it months ago when my parents house was sold, as i moved out 18 months ago but stored it there. I asked him if he wanted to pick it up but he wasn't bothered about it. Only a couple of people paid towards it anyway. I think he said he only got a few quid back from it when loads promised to send/give him money. I think it cost £50-£60 im not sure. Bourkey
  11. We did have a problem with this a good while back on here. Lot's of cars on here were getting targeted and we were all pretty paranoid that is was UKSC related. That is why non-members cannot look in our members rides section. Just better to be safe than sorry as it was rather coincidental at the time. Bourkey
  12. First step without a doubt is the standard exhaust mani. If you actually saw inside it you would see what i mean. The restriction is unreal especially on the 3rd runner. My steps would be, Mani Exhaust Decat Boost guage HKS actuator (set to 12 psi) Boost controller Good shocks and springs Rear ARB Then you can do the following easily Fuel pressure regulator Get the car set to run 1 bar Port & polish the turbo I'd say this would get you to around 180 to 190. Mine was running a bare turbo (no filter at all) to it was pretty punchy but i was still not running at 1 bar. It depends how goo
  13. I'd have 95% of those wheels if i had the money. (obviously if i had a car too ). Bourkey
  14. Turn the bass down then Bourkey
  15. What you want is two very loud 4" speakers in the front and a nice small sub in the boot. Turn the bass down a fair bit on the head unit so the front ones don't make that flapping sound at high volume. Then turn the bass to your desired level on the sub/amp itself. You should then get awesome sound quality. I did it in mine and it sounded perfect. I had a 12" sub but i reckon a punchy 10" will be better . Bourkey
  16. When i ordered mine from the US 3 years ago i was hit with a £25 charge per box and there was 2 boxes. Took a while too as i opted for the cheap but painfully slow boat option. You can get some real bargins though. Mine were Buddy Club wheels and they would have cost £500+ here but i paid £300 (which included delivery) and £20 to get my tyres swapped over . I did order them when it was $2 to £1 though . Bourkey
  17. Howdy, I would highly recommend you get a company to do it with an "on the road" price as there are so many extras at the docks/before you can drive it here. As said, all the small little bits you pay for add up so you could easily fly up to £4k What i would recommend before you consider importing, have a scout about to see if you can find a fresh import with uk plates/tested and ready to go. Sure you will save some money doing it yourself but the hassle just isn't worth it in my opinion. Bourkey
  18. Mark...you are actually a nob. You have actually broken my finger/knuckle so I have to get it strapped up. I'll get you back!!!! Bourkey
  19. Actually burst out laughing when i saw this . Very true though. Bourkey
  20. Mesh the turbo or, like i did, bare turbo nothing at all . Sounds awesome. Did it for a year and nothing went wrong with it. Even in winter . Does sound a bit mental if im honest but i loved it. Bourkey
  21. Yes but the tank must be shaped like a triangle as i noticed it disappeared quickly towards the end . Bourkey
  22. Dam you told us and i have forgot. A shot in the dark at 180 miles??? Bourkey
  23. Very likey . Same chassis. There might be slight differences like hose clips but apart from that they are a straight swap. Bourkey
  24. hahahahahahahahahaha!!!!!!!!! Bourkey
  25. Blimey i think i actually cried i was laughing so hard at this!!!!! Yeah that is the Mustang one i was talking about. What are they thinking when they do something like this. Surely there is another person nearby to say "gee don't cut your wheel up you stupid retard!!!" Bourkey
