  1. right things seem to be picking up pace on my glanza project, my trd panal filter and zep racing decat are on and the improvement is very noticable and i have no issues with creep or spike which is a bonus. my adjustable rear arb and service kit is in my bedroom ready to fit at some point. and anti-lift kit is in the post, and 4 eagle F1s are currntly being sorted so current spec list is.......... chassis / handling: g reddy rear brace zep racing c pillar bar unknown front brace performance springs ( not 100% on make maybe cobra?) whiteline adjustable rear arb (still to fit) whitline anti-lift / castor kit (still to fit) 15 " rota grids currently wrapped in fuldas but F1s on the way Braking 3g 20 groove disks mintex 1144 pads front and rear braided lines cusco bmcs engine hks actuator zep racing decat trd panal filter ngk spark plugs unknown bov electronics digital boost guage g-tech performance meter hks turbo timer thats the list for now, but expect much more to come very soon as my next batch of parts are already in the process of being ordered. sorry for the update with lack of pics but i will get some soon. for now i will add these pics in here............ keiran
  2. was about the arc top mount as i wanted it at the time but im not sure now as im thinking coilovers instead.

  4. i felt the same when taking my bov off and putting recirc cack on. i think mine was leaking though.

  9. welcome. being a noob you may want to know your starlet has a 4efe and not what your name suggests. unless its turbo converted and then i will shut up and go away! lol enjoy your stay!
  10. every one else should have no probs fitting, the problem we had was that the bolts and holes that was currently being used in liams n/a were damaged due to complications i had when i owned the car. you shouldnt even need longer bolts.

    use a hair dryer to heat them up and then peel mate, if there is still some glue remaining use some polish and or t-cut and rub it gently
  18. good stuff mate, do you edit your pics at all with photoshop? i like this picture a lot so and got a little bored so i decided to do a subtle edit, hope you dont mind! nothing major just a warming filter on the sunset, a cooling filter on the sky and added a little saturation and also burnt the highlights from the concrete in front.
  19. yeah think that will be the easiest plan to acheive what i want for now, and will either try out the ct12 at a later date or go straight for a hybrid ct9. think im gonna order the decat and mani from speedvision as his new manis are braced and very resonabley priced. its pretty bad because i havnt even fitted my newest goodies yet and im already ordering more!
  20. thanks, ct12 is what ive been thinking for a while, but what i want for now is some where close to 170ish bhp and dont yet want to do the fueling and run major boost. the major thing for me is to have a very responsive lagless set up, big bhp figures arnt really my aim at the minute, so i gonna have a look into ct12. when i was looking at them at work there doesnt seem a major difference from the ct9.
  21. right was pratting around today as the dump valve that came on my glanza is getting very annoying. so i thought i would run without one for a while. the thing is........ i removed my after market dv and blocked up the standard re-circ and got...........no flutter. i decided to fit my aftermarket dv and block that up and i have a nice amount of flutter now. its not really loud but sounds quite good! can anyone think why the standard re-circ blocked up made no flutter but my dv blocked up did. doesnt really make sense to me? just shows a nice amount of surge can be had off a stock ct9 with only hks actuator. i know this is kinda a technical topic but wasnt sure what section!
  22. right im planning on fitting a decat and upgraded mani to my 96 glanza. im doing this but i still have the rest of the standard exhaust system in place, my other engine mods are hks actuator and trd panal filter. *will this cause problems for me with backpressure with the standard exhaust in place from cat back and make boost creep worse? (someone touched on it causing issues in a thread else where, would just like a little more info) my next plan is with the turbo, seeing as i will be taking it off im gonna get it rebuilt and reconditioned at work. while doing this im gonna port the wastgate to aid creep problems. *i will also be getting the blades cut back, but seeing as this helps the turbo top end, will this make the possible creep problems worse in anyway? for now i only want to run 0.8 bar and im fearing that the decat and mani will cause creep issues at this boost level. also is there running a ct12 on here at all? thanks in advance keiran

  25. right a quick photo diary of my 2007. i turned 21 this year and for my present i got the chance to drive several awsome cars......... saying bye bye to big steve the green n/a, which in the end didnt go far as my little brother liam brought it! i then started the epic journey to newquey, which unfortunatly for me was when the floods happened, i was stuck in the car 26 hours as the motorway was closed while i was on it! heres a pic of liam and my dad looking slightly pissed off on the motorway and heres how the motorway looked but we stayed strong and finally made it as far as plymouth heres some pics. we then journyed on to reach our destination newquey..........were many good times were had, some of the stories arnt really suitable for here though! and on the way back from newquey we made a detour to swansea so i could pick up this................my new baby the end few months have been all about work changes, as i gave up my job of 4 years to pursue a new caraer..... rebuilding at midland turbo. i could have posted up endless pics of drunken nights out! lol. but i thought i would keep it civilised! 2008 looks promising and i would like to wish everyone all the best!
