same pads as you mate too 1144. i think running standard power like i am they exceed what i need thats why i went for this setup over a big brake kit. i fitted it all last sat but havnt really drove my car since. they feel good to me so far once they walm up a little that is. they look cool too which is a bonus!!!

thanks ive gone for 3g 20 grooves, mintex pads, braided lines and cusco bmcs. seems to make a nice improvement already and there not even broke in yet. im looking forward to giving them a proper test soon!

i repair and rebuild turbos only a trainee at the minute though. im still doing stupid stuff, like today i twated myself full pelt in the wrist with a hammer! dangerous work people.

im assuming you have put some fuel system cleaner through it already, but if not its worth a try. i seen improvements in fuel economy when i did this.

thanks its weird because its such a big change from my current job. is quite intimadating going into a small buisness like this one with only a few specialist people working there, having to start from the bottom. its not what im used too at all. just gotta go buy some decent tools now!

today i have spent the day working for midland turbo. ive spent all day stripping down, cleaning, buffing, polishing and painting turbos ready to rebuilt, is quite cool actually to get the chance to break down a turbo to see how it really works. been working on some monster garett turbos! im really impressed with this companies attention to detail and working practice, and i would advise there service. everyone really knows there stuff. ive been offered a job there and i am seriously considering taking it. its a trainee position for now. anyone else in this kinda work?

yeah im working in the morning. depends what time we setting off as to wheather i can come. not sure what time i gotta work to yet i will ask tommorow.

here is a picture for a 4efe intake manifold its easy to fit you use your own throttle body. so its a case of four bolts to remove your throttle body, a few breathers to diconect and the 5 bolts that hold in on to the block.

you guys need to try turtle wax ice polish. i will never use another polish again. it is class stuff.
