  1. no, leaving the front carpet. I've been in Alan's with no carpet and I don't like it. i want the front end of the car to still be inhabitable. it stays bro. we may have, but i dont remember. either way, all this space in the bay ROCKS, so it's going to the boot one day. just need a kit first. cheers Liam bro! i would through up pics, but all you'd see is dusty wheels in the boot of the car lol Phil.
  2. indeed. all the back end should be will be shiney paint, strut brace, c-pillar, and a RW-Developments carbon fuel pump cover if they ever appear for sale. also thinkin of relocating the battery to the boot as i removed it from the bay yesterday as its dead and needs charged and i like how spacious it now is in there! Phil.
  3. i wasn't going to, but Joel seems to enjoy adding work to alan's to-do list, so it may well get a quick lick over with the spray gun when the floor and sides are being done yeah. then i'll wax it up and that'll be that. Phil.
  4. nice one dude! i thought i'd found joel a huge domo at 17" but that thing is HUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGE! Phil.

  8. Update two updates in a week?? wtf!!!! yesterday Joel very kindly came round for a few hours and we made some headway with the car!!! most progress in about 9 months! fit new headlight adjustment mechanisms - done re-fit headlights - done swap top radiator hose for new Blitz one - done swap smoothed N/a rocker cover for old battered FTE one - done remove remnant of carbon filter system - done remove stock air intake system - mostly done remove glue from ceiling of car - done (used AutoGlym Tar remover, worked a treat with a little elbow grease) not bad for a few hours! decided now that the glue is off the ceiling that i'm happy with having removed the roof liner, however, I have decided to refit some door cards and i'll just trim them in thin cloth. not liking seein the inside of the door. looks naff. so for the interior i just gotta do door cards, tighten one of the drivers seats nuts under the car, remove the water line to the rear washer, get the rear interior all painted up, carbon fuel pump cover and fit the additional harness pieces. next up will be looking at this damn leak with alan. huge thanks to Joel for yesterday! really good to make some progress with it! Phil.

  20. Afternoon folks, right, as some of you know, i have been dumping alot of weight out of Project BadgerSports whilst she sits leaking in the shed. I have removed the head liner and also 95% of the sound deadening that was above it. however, as always, it has left a nice coating of shitty glue on the ceiling of the car. i have removed as much of it as i can with the edge of a ruler, the edge of a plastic lawnmower scraper, and my thumbs, which now hurt like hell. Does anyone have any recommendations for getting the rest of this crap of the ceiling of the car????? answers on a postcard to BadgerSports Inc HQ please! :p Cheers gang! Phil.
  21. not gonna lie man, with a full size radiator and a turbo conversion in a UK spec 91, there can sometimes be "fun" fitting it all in at the front end. believe me, Jay had manys a fun time with mine, hence why i went with a half radiator to give a bit more room, but will still be silly squeezing in cone of some sort, but i'll worry about that in time. agree with Matt, CT9 can give plenty of lols. the best part, imo, is the very little lag! they just boost and go! its awesome! Phil.
  22. don't need to be a paid member to upload pics, not at this point in time anyway Dave. so please feel free to share pics of your motor with us! Phil.
  23. nice one dude! looks MINT. CT9 is a good start mate, u'll get plenty of boost lawls from it!!!! i know alot of folk change them out, but they are a good starting point, and will be a good base for the turbo conversion to start from and allow u to build from there man. Phil.
  24. welcome to UKSC! car looks very tidy! Phil.
