  2. Amjad worse case u can use spade connectors to connect to your timer, the hard part is the ignition wiring the 3 to the timer should be the same colour or be obvious mate
  3. Get some off Dean mate, his come with plastic washers as well.
  4. On what turbo? Can the 5E handle less boost than the 4E? Ah I see, well its a SS wepr decat and an SS fujitsubo system so should be good quality
  5. Ah right I might do the decat also, mines braced, all be it only with one bolt to the gearbox as the wepr bracket didn't seem to line up but is braced none the less lol Cheers man, ill look Into it when I get home, this stuff don't smoke really bad when first installed does it?
  6. I'm not gonna bother doing the mani or decat tbh as said I don't want them cracking, don't think the rest will crack though so ill wrap them, or would the Decat be safe also, it's stainless? Have you got a link Amjad mate
  7. Yeah you can get em mapped to run rich on the overrun like Astra vxrs do, wish mine did haha
  8. Ah I thought if heard that, someone was telling me what's the good in keeping the heat in as it heats the turbo up but I was sure I'd read a reason for doing it lol. Any ideas on what's good stuff without a heavy price tag and how much would be necessary for a full system after the decat to just before backbox?
  9. Is heat wrapping any good for performance? Flamer kits are a bit shit IMO as its cheating really lol
  10. Yeah I've always seen tuned jap cars that after a ragging and on the run down they pop an bang a flame out, whereas mine don't seem to. And yeah I've got a wideband to monitor it mate, it does drop fairly rich when you first plant the throttle but then leans off a bit once the revs start climbing so hopefully should be ok, I doubt it's much richer than stock anyway as they are known to run fairly rich
  11. Do you have an Ebc? Sometimes if you feather the throttle the boost can be a bit jerky at high revs but your issue sounds completely different lol...
  12. True mate, just wanted to check if tere was anything to watch out for with the jam ones. As for the bee r, now I've heard they do kill engines lol
  13. I assume that was on throttle it was doing it then? Wouldn't want that to happen lol. So the jam ecu ruined your engine? Did you ever discover why? What were the afrs like
  14. Thats the thing, this occasionally pops but id expect it to pop and bang and spit flames as the ecu runs quite rich at times...strange :/

  16. Ive seen plenty of tuned jap cars that bang and spit flames mainly on overrun, yet my glanza is running rich enough on the JAM ECU but doesn't seem to do it, a bit gay but any reason why or how I can make it? heatwrap the exhaust maybe?
  17. Mines slightly less loud than a nur spec comparing standard off the shelf items. And do you mean was blowing from a joint or sounded like it was blowing due to the removal of Silencers? Basically, when you hear nicely tuned evos with like massive diameter exhaust systems that are really deep and loud on idle, strangely I like that lol
