Yep 100% starter making that noise, it's Because the solenoid on starter hasn't enough power to it to get the thing engaged. I'd take your battery Down to your local motor factors they will charge it and test it for you for a few quid if not free, if it's flat because one of the cells have gone down just replace it and it should start up first turn of the Key, then once fitted get your arse back to the motor factors and ask them just to check the charge on and off load to make sure the alt is working.

The Gt spec actually has 12 on inlet (6 you can see big blades and 6 smaller blades set back between the bigger) and 8 on exhaust.

You need to put a lot of factors in to what type of ct9 you want Also other mods need taking into account. The hole point in the ct9 is the response you get from it, if you start changing compressor and exhaust turbine. The bigger you go with these the more time it takes for it to spool up. The Gt spec hybrid has a standard exhaust turbine with a bigger compressor turbine resulting in a slightly slower spool, not by much but alot more higher end HP and low down torque.
