  2. did you get my number fella give us a bell and i can talk u thw a few checks. plus check your waste gate has not dropped open, and iz it still smoking.
  3. if your talking about a catch can, thn yes it will not be going any thing, but if u have the pvc valve in place thn the engine will breath adiquetly.
  4. yep mate but put a little filter cap on it the pvc valve will suck and air will flow through the open port like it is designed to just put afilter on it so it does not draw dirt into the engine.
  5. were is the smoke coming from fella (under bonnet or out the exhaust), is the engine missfiring, check your oil level and has it droped, check your water level has it dropped,
  6. the corect way to conect the catch can is to put the large port into the main oil breather pipe, ie the pipe on the top of the rocker cover that went to the original efi pipe (recert valve), and the small port to a pipe going to the air filter relocation pipe going into the turbo, remeber u want vacume (negative presure) never booste presure going thrw the catch can.
  7. yep all inlet ports grinded out just need to polish, and 1 combudtion chamber redesigned, the kitchen is full of alli fillings now lol.
  8. be very carefull here fella, this is not for the have ago heros, u realy need to under stand air movment in the ports (swirl, tumble) and combustion chamber design. keeping the air linier is the key to good porting, and takes a steady hand, the right tools and alot of understanding about air movment. can point u in the right direction on some very good books.
  9. lets add new beig end shells oil presure gauge, and a prted head to this list bro!!!.

  13. congrats to all the winners, cars wer in mint condition. alot of starlet lov could be felt, and a big thanks for not getting kicked off the stand for turning up in a seat!!!!. sorry the corrola will be thr next year?.
  14. you got the exhaust temp sensor wired in, pauls gt was a little monster!!, good to see the engine go to a good home. i know he is gutted, as he now has a standard engine and wanting another head doing.
  15. lol, hope u like the engine fella, it took me a week 2 port the head and reshape the combustion chamber. enjoy. alot of love went into her.

  17. always glad 2 help. engine blue printing iz wat i liv for and have com very close to this little engine, was looking at back cutting the valve heads by 30 deg and the stem by .005mm but will only try this on my corrola first, thn track and make sure the valve head stays attached befor i do it to a customers car. (this will improve mid range even more)
