All depends who is mapping it, Ricky's mapped at about 270 BHP (TD04 at 1 bar) with stock fuel pump and injectors.

The clutch friction plates and pressure plates are different. The 4E-FE is 12mm smaller. The Exedy Organics are good but I recommend the Competition 6 PUK. Great bit of kit and fairly comfortable to drive with. We have these on our website along with the Exedy range.

Remove the bumper and wing first, makes it a lot easier imo. If there's two of you, you can do it with the wing on but it'll be a bit more tricky. Don't forget to remove the door wiring loom first though.

Genuine fogs fit as long as you don't have a Mk 1 Tom's bumper. If you do, you'll need Mk 1 fogs. The Mk1 fogs are more square, the 2/3s are more rectangle. If you post up a picture I'm sure we can advise. Banbury, Glanza foglights will fit but you'll need to make custom brackets I'm sure.

You need a 98 Spec seat if you want it to match your passengers seat

I only know of one person who ran a similar HG on a 4E-FTE (TRD 0.6mm) and it didn't last more than a few weeks and that was at less than 1 bar. I'm not sure how much the cylinder head had been skimmed. I would personally go for an OEM or 1.2mm Athena.

5w40 Fully synthetic of 10w40 Semi. Best to give it an oil change if you don't know what oil is already in there as you wouldn't want to mix the two.
