If your worried about fc just put your stock actuator back on, if your planning on getting a plug n play or any sort of map then go for upping the boost imo, it all depends on what your plans are
The problem with the SARD one's is there is just too many copies made Tuning Developments sell them at a reasonable price and they are tried n tested on cars so there just as good as out really for what you need

You won't see power but your rev's should increase, lose some torque aswell, I have a stock flywheel hanging around if you know a handy workshop you could have it lightened and rebalanced.
I would trust a weld over a bracket any day of the week, give it a few years and I reckon not many people will be running internal wastegates, these turbo's will still hold the value all day long
