    Stock mani has restriction in port 3 the Jam's don't. The ports are thicker so it's alot more free flow for more boost.

    Of course the tuner will want you to buy one it's good business, seen builds for many years running stock fpr 250 plus plus I run over 200 with no aftermarket fpr. It's all about the map

    I had the D1 eathing kit also.. waste of time imo

    Don't forget to upgrade the valve springs by the time you buy decent cams get them fitted amonst other mods you could drop a fte in it seen engine going £500

    Not a D1 but used a pivot I don't think there worth it buy summit else imo

    I'm sure Asda cut them 3 for a tenna, I know the feeling mine's been at the painters for 3 months, no turning back after all these headache's mate!
