This thread has been up since the 3rd of Feb, we are less than a month from cut off for payment and still awaiting members to decide if they are attending, never mind actually paying and no doubt we will be chasing people up to the cut off time. Japfest 1 is totally out of our hands the form was in before cut off, unlike JAE were you pay a small deposit to reserve a pitch you have to pay in full for the stand at Japfest!! I don't think that members understand how much time WE all put in to making events happen John
