Well its now a Van! got all the floor sorted out over the weekend, I have done this one in 1/2" ply so its a good bit stronger than the one in the SR! Covered it in bus flooring because its nice and tough, non slip and easy to clean! I also put a back board in too to stop things sliding into the front!! I added braces from the seat back mounting points to the board too also so they can be used to strap things to! Then installed the alarm and dogwoofer combo! in the back!

Welcome along mate! where in south yorkshire are you? I may have only owned mine 14 years but its been on the road a constant 14 years as a daily lol -
Im running wilwoods and a GT rear axle on mine and I have not changed maine yet but I will get round to it one day! The rear axles been on it over 10 years now lol

Ha welcom to disc brakes! You will never have a hand brake that holds propely again!!😄 the bias valves are different for discs on the rear as disc brakes need a lot more pressure to get the same clamping force as a drum achieves due to the way they clamp the disc rather than wedging into a drum. Thats also why drum hand brakes are so much better there jammed into the drum hence why you have a leading and trailing shoe.
