  1. Bit of an update! I have made a start on the new wiring loom, going to make it so I can add to it still once its on the car tho as I want to sort the full bay loom out in time but have no time to do it yet! All new plugs and pins with Raychem race spec wire! Heat shrinked into groups for the first and second rails Some thing like what it will finish off like! And the next job on the list is to make a new one of these as I cracked the mocal one so Im going to make a billet one!
  2. The 82 ones are different to glanza and n/a ones. And the n/a ones have the imoblizer in them. I bought a brand new set of 82 locks to fit to my SR and had to send them back as there completely different.
  3. Have you had the tracking checked and the geometry? That would cause the steering problems not the shocks on there own Also did you leave everything loose and toghten it up once the weight was on the wheels? The squeaking could be the bushes in the bottom arms.
  4. You got some then!! I know what they are!!
  5. My old red one that I had for 10 years and my new one had that 4 years now. I have a snap-on tea trolly too and a big cupboard too for all my shit lol
  6. I wonder what that photo is? Lol I have an idea
  7. Up/\/\/\/\ if they dont sell before the bumper goes back on they will be getting fitted lol
  8. Got a few more little bits done! I made a new map sensor mount as the sensor was just about hitting the strut brace with the other one so I made it fit to the side this time. And I also fitted the fuel pressure sensor for the ECU to one of the rails, It used to be in the end of the feed pipe banjo bolt but I wont be running any of them now! Plus its tucked nicely out of sight now too!
  9. Im sure we can sort some more filming time out! Theres a fair bit more todo yet and then tuning! Im going to redo the map sensor fitting I made so the sensor comes out side ways so it clears the TRD strut brace better!
  10. Cheers mate! There sure is a lot of time in this build lol money too! But thats what I enjoy about it!
  11. This is at the side of a wiseco piston but as you can see the piston crown is much taller on the n/a piston and the crown goes into the head pocket at tdc.
  12. As the pistons in the 4efe are domed unlike the 4efte ones you will fined they are a interference engine. I know I have built plenty of these engines to have seen this before! It was only last week I was showing aaddzz123 (Adam) a 4efe piston I have in the shop that has strike marks on it from the valves lol you may be lucky but chances are it will have hit!
  13. I've all ways tried be different lol I was one of the first to turbo the 4efe back in 2001! It would be a boring place if they where all the same!
  14. If its a 4efe like you say you will probably have bent valves, the 4efte is non interference but the 4efe is and will bend valves.
