  2. Cheers lads! Thats the catch tank mate the hoses to the rocker cover have been removed till I finish the intercooler piping mate.
  3. Well the inlet is all bolted up and on to stay! But first I skimmed the flange just to be sure it was flat! And then checked it with some enginners blue and a glass table it was all good so it got fitted and all piped up, then. Made the throttle cable fit!
  4. Cheers lads! I have just taken delivery of a new toy for the workshop too! So I will be practicing a lot! The more goodies can be made!
  5. I didn't want anything living in the turbo while the cars been off the road for the last 6 months lol I like to keep things clean too!
  6. Some more updates! Got the filter re-locater finished and fitted now!! Then I made a hose separator! This was the support car while I was working lol Should be plenty more of updates this week!
  7. lol I know! It can stop on the shelf till it sells tho if some one was to make a decent offer it would go! main problem is theres no pipes with it.
  8. Broken up that small it would easily get down the oil return pipe into the sump, so thats what I would say it was then. There's nothing els in the engine that small it could be really.
  9. That looks like it could be a thrust washer from the turbo, as it seems to be a machined part. I'm Only looking at it on my phone tho
  10. Cheers! I don't know how I have managed without one for so long lol its cost quite a lot to get it all sorted and buying the tooling but its been well worth it all ready.
  11. The gear box has a magnet inside the casing from the factory but you have to strip the box to clean it lol so there not really needed, but I suppose another one would not hurt!
  12. Good I hope to see the blue machine out on the road soon!! Well I been busy playing with the milling machine again! Im getting quite into the milling stuff! When we did the tuning last time we were struggling to get a good speed signal to the ecu for the trick functions in the ecu like the boost by gear, traction control, launch control and the rest so we gave it up at the time and decided I needed a proper seed input for the ecu. We decided to use a hall effect sensor for the job but could not decide where to mount it or the magnets for the pick ups, so ive had all the gear for the
