Item For Sale: AN-6 smoothed fuel rails x 2 Item Condition & Description: Dean at R-W developments welded the fittings on these for me after I had smoothed them off, I was going to use them on mine but im making new rails now to suit my injectors, There painted matt black but the paint is not very good.   2. Between me and my dad there aint much we havent got but most of my toys are aimed at woodwork but you have to improvise lol
  3. These turned up this morning! once the rails are finished they will be going to Dean for these welding on!

  5. Cheers! Started making the new fuel rails at last!! going to take a bit of time but what do you expect when using a machine thats made for cutting square holes in wood lol Cutting the blanks! I used a old rail as a jig so mine will fit better than a CJ performance one!! Only part drilled them for now till my new drill bit turns up later this week and im going the drill galleries before I drill the injector ports properly. Then started on milling off the exes! this is the bit thats going to take some time! But im well happy with the way its turning out!

  7. Well the man cave extension is now finished and ready for sorting out! Just need to sort every thing thats been in this for the last 10 years out now! But its moved off the drive so my dads happy now! Got a few bits done on the car too! got the new brake set up sorted so I now have some room for the inlet to fit, just need to sort the pipes out next. Had to do a bit to make it fit but anything is possible!! There is some room! These are some of the custom bits I had to make to get it to fit, some recessed washers. I also beefed up the peda
  8. After 14 years of owning mine its never actually broken down, I have had problems yes but only down to poor tunes and building on the cheep! Hence the build I did this time has had no cut corners and its done 2 years and over 30,000 miles at 230whp with nothing but oil changes!
  9. Im going to be fitting lots of shiny new bits and sorting stuff out ready for a remap! As can be seen in my build thread!

  13. What was the hub nut torqued upto?? I now of some one els on here that messed up a bit in his recipe for torque conversions, Im not going to name and shame him but it was a recipe for disaster lol
  14. Its good int it Sam having the ability to put your hand on anything without seeing where there going! Comes in handy for all sorts especially bra straps lol
