  4. Cheers lads! Whell its all just about complete now just the rear bumper to fit now! had it running and drove it out the garage under its own steam! just needs the tracking doing and a MOT now then I can get it on the road! Heres some more picks! The glanza did not have the hole for the extra harness the sportif has so to get round that I did this! Started with a bit of wood in the lathe! Made a centring piece so I could drill out the hole! Then drilled the hole in the glanza! And fit the flange! Next job was to fit some radiator mounts as they
  5. Well after much thinking about welding this rot box up I decided to get a Glanza shell ID-Workz were selling. I was going to cut up the Glanza to use the panels to weld up the sportif! But in the end I decided to turn the Glanza into a sportif lol!!! So here is where im at up to now! I picked up the car yesterday 24/10/14 and got it all set up in the garage! First job was to turn it round so it was pointing the right way to go on the ramp! My dad came up with a cunning plan! stick a plank of wood under it and put it on top of a brake disc! EASY!!! Then onto the ramp using
  6. lol I know Rob but if they dont sell, the next time the bumper is off they will be getting fitted!! hence not rushing to drop the price!
  7. It will work fine if anything its a better more modern set up than the fte set up as for it been a smaller coil and less power id say that was bolax as I run more boost on my first boosted fe set up than the fte runs and I was running a blitz K24 set up. The fe leads are different to the turbo ones as there longer due to the dissy been biger/longer some of the after market fte leads do fit but sum are too short to fit.
  8. Under seal is good for holding in moisture and water causing corrosion thats hard to fined till you have holes id say avoid the stuff like the plague!! wax oil is the way to go protects much better.

  13. Id say having no breather is your problem, the 4Es are known for having high crank pressure if theres no where for it to vent to it will make its own! Prob blown a seal out or something like that, why would you not have a vent on the catch tank any way?
