id say about 10 so its not mega hard but nice round the corners but as i said its up to you! adjust them how you want as its easy

Depends on what your looking for tbh mate! some people like a hard ride some people like it soft, i have them and set them to 13 on the front and 15 on the rear, only because my tyres catch the arches so need them to be firmer will it be your daily? or using it for track and meets ?

right guys! I've had a busy morning on the bumper ! looks like it will need completely repainting :/ so thought id get some pics of all the damage before and after heres all the damage from before: and heres me making a start on it theres sooo much to get done! and not long to do it all so this is my challenge before japfest!

tbh i thought this but at the end of the day nothings going to happen.. im not going to see a penny.. the chap will only get a telling off at most so just think im gunna drop it and repair the bumper! you recon the bumper will need completely spraying again?

cant go any further with trying to get the reg number of the van because the people at the balti are ARSE HOLES and wouldent let me look at the cctv OR do it for me and give me the reg :/ taken the bumper off and had a closer look at the damage and here it is heres the car as it stands without the toms bumper... just dosent look right :(

little update. went to the post office to see if you could see anything on there cctv and turns out the chappy who was driving the van went in the post office this morn! he came out just as i went in and got into his van and reversed into my car, got out had a look round and got back into the van thats where i saw him coming from round the back getting into his van... he waited for me to drive off before pulling off behind me.. the CCTV wasn't very good so couldn't make out the number plate on the way out the post office a policeman was coming down the road so i stopped him and told him the story and showed him the damage, he said i could report it give them a statement and give photos i have and costs to repair.. and if i got the reg they would contact the chappy.. while talking to him realised the balti over the road had cameras so popped in there and they have a good view of where it happened but the chap who controls the cameras wasn't there today so im going back over tomorrow to hopefully get the details needed!

the thing thats pissed me off the most is that i dont think ill have it fixed for japfest :(

i mean the bumper not the whole car lol last night i was telling the misses how much i loved the car and im happy with how it is and this happens!

^^ it will need fully painting again as its cracked all over the place with bits chipping off... may be up for sale soon trisk...
