  1. But you just said they had the car and said this didn't affect them. When you got the car back was it doing it?
  2. Fit spigot rings. Clean the alloys mating face. Use alloy wheel nuts as the are tapered and steel wheel nuts aren't. Get the wheels balanced and look for visible buckling. Once you've done all of that they will be fine as long as they aren't buckled. Then if you still have any vibration your tyres are goosed.
  3. Fitting an aftermarket mani as things are will increase boost creep not reduce it lol. Either fit an ext w/g or an adjustable actuator and port the int w/g. Failing that you could restrict your air filter.
  4. About 3 years ago I said on here those lights look very very Max Power and got it tight for saying it. 3 Years later and they look less Max Power and much more Halfords lol still hideous.
  5. Did the wheels sit flush on the hub? Is the centre bore the correct size? Did you use alloy wheel nuts or steel wheel nuts? Are the stud holes worn? Sounds to me like the wheels weren't on right.

  10. Wheres your airfilter? If its down near the front just restrict it mate youll get less boost.
  11. Very very highly doubt its the rad cap unfortunately. Most likely is h/g or cracked head or block. Go have a good whiff of your radiator. If you can smell petrol then you know its an engine issue.
  12. No 6k would be whiter than 8k higher rating the bluer the light. 6k is the best colour.

  15. This place isnt any better nowadays some of the stuff i read is hilarious.
  16. The wheels should be tighter than pad rub with handbrake off. Then check when u pull on hand brake that both levers move on caliper. Tighten the cable at the handbrake with the handbrake off as much as u can without the wheels being too tight.
  17. Are the wheels stiff to turn with the handbrake released?
  18. Smell the steam. If it doesnt smell of anti freeze then its fine.
