Dont fit a standard actuator. Just lengthen the rod on your adjustable one. ( turns down the boost ) Remove the FCD. Get a boost gauge and run 0.7 bar on your actuator.

This car has a better spec and more goodies than alot of the high priced starlets being sold just now. It is also better looking in my IMO. Dan wit do you do to ditch the carbon canister just stick a breather on the pipe? Colin can you block off all the vac on the inlet apart from the servo and map?

Either a blockage or breather issue only other explanation is failed h/g or cracked block.

I was assuming this. If you were doing the intercooler, battery and rad I cant imagine there will be any problems in that area. Have you checked the earths are all back on 100%? Does the car have an alarm fitted with an immobilizer? When you turn the key past ignition to engage the starter is there no noises at all? Does the dash flicker at all? Where were you having brackets welded and did you change anything in relation to the I/C piping that something could be shorting out on?

Go to toyota that will be your only option id imagine.

Car is actually one of the nicest i have ever seen!! Someone should be biting your hand of for this at that price. One tip you can buy the bumper bolt covers direct from Toyota for like £15 brand new for the set and they will completely finish off the front end. Lovely car mate GLWS and hope whoever buys it preserves it and doesn't ruin it.
