Im going externally gated soon aswell buddy but on a ct9 hybrid. It will hold boost more accurately and depending on your previous mani it may have a better flow. Its jus far more reliable and theoretically will make tiny amounts more power as its controlling the boost far more precise.

Im in no way against ep3's im a massive fan they are great looking cars and superb handling. I just dont agree with the modding potential part. Fair doos about the 25% and 100% increase in power but they dont come cheap. Got to agree on the corolla statement though.

Saab used it in their diesel aswell more effectively than VAG did with their petrol engine. The guy that I had my turbo fixed was talking to me about trying this with me. Using something like a smart car turbo along with another that on a regular basis would be farr to big for the 4E. Its all about getting the ratios right between the 2 turbos.

Plus tuning potential is extremely limited due to it being N/A obv you can boost it but thats costly and would mean every car has great potential.

I have some subaru WRX seats they aren't much to look at but they are really comfy and hold you in excellently. Great for cruising and for thrashing. With money your way of course.

^^Exactly mate. Can you reserve the right to disclose this information to relative parties should an incident occur? Also how people can complain about having to pay £1.95 is beyond me there are people with very few posts and are club members. Yet there are people with posts running into the thousands yet they are still to purchase a membership but are most likely the people who kick and scream when something changes that they don't like. It's easy to see they they admin team are doing everything they can to make the market place as safe as they possibly can but they cant protect you against someone with a hidden agenda or your own stupidity. Personally I would make the seller rules far more strict as I've seen on alot of forums that post count and membership age has an effect but arguements against these have been given above. Anyway making the market place more strict is only a positive in my eyes and hope it can help to take the club forward. Unfortunately we will always have awkward fold dragging their heels.

Lol Im gna contradict you and say use the screws lol. If you take the 2 little screws out then you can get the indiglos over the top of the needle and on top of the original dial. Screw them back down and your sorted. As for the rev counter there is the little needle which the rev needle rests on when the engine is off. Some people choose to break the resting needle off then glue it back on to the indiglo. I just used a fine screwdriver and pierced a small hole for it to go through.

What is even the point then you would need a custom mani and decat. Fair enough its good to be different but not like anyone would know better just to use a td04 cheaper, more widely available and alot more reviewed.

If you use the IMG code and paste it mate then it will come up as a pic in the thread rather than a link. Also you would need to take off your air filter to see inside the turbo to know which type it is.

Aye upload a pic matey. Best way to tell is that standard CT9's have a 4 on 4 comp wheel whereas hybrids have normally 6 on 6. If your not sure what that is. Look in the clean side of the turbo and you will see a turbine. If it has 4 slots then its standard if it has more then its some type of hybrid.
