Gizzmo is only a boost controller and not a great one at that. You need proper management like a piggy back either Emanage blue or Ultimate or even a standalone. You may want to ask someone about injectors as they are not something Im so clued up on. You need fluid feed and return pipes too. HT leads also.
-
Ok well you will need alot more than stated above. Relocate air filter. Turbo. Mani. Decat. Oil and water feed and return. FMIC. Most likely a fuel pump and possibly larger injectors You will need management and/or rrfpr. HT leads Not sure if theres anything else.

There was some brand new 1s for sale in the for sale section. http://www.ukstarletowners.com/topic/62737-reduced-new-intercooler-pipe-kit-with-silicon-and-clamps/

What do you already have?
-
To be fair mate it only lists that 1 and says in the description inner. But more often than not there just the same as each other.
-
Just the one your looking for my man. Thats the 1 for nearest the gearbox though is it the inner or outer CV?
-
Cant dib them if you cant produce the paper homie!! Haha Kiddin on mate am not into toms wheels anyway just enquiring wheels are nowhere near the top of my list atm lol.
-
Yes they are normally slightly universal obviously it will have to be the correct size but I think there are only a few sizes to choose from and your motor factor can normally give you the closest one for your car. Yes with this it will just be a case of splitting the ball joint or the bottom strut mount to the hub. Undoing the hub nut and knocking the CV joint out of the hub but leave it in the gearbox or you will be refilling that uneccessarily. Then you cover the new boot in some clean oil and you would normally have a cone that you would push over the CV and slip the boot over it but I

It actually looks not too bad for being mesh tbh looks like its been fitted quite well and at least its not BLING style lol.
-
What wheels you got charlie?
-
Just replace the boot mate shouldnt cost more than 5-10quid brand new from a motor factors. Its a doddle to do. You get 2 types, 1 is a split boot where you dont need to remove anything and just wrap it around glue it together and stick the edges together they are quite shit tbh and a hassle to do. The other type is a stretchy boot that you use a cone to fit and lube it up to the max and slip it over the joint. Either that or just a regular hard rubber boot that you will need to remove your CV joint and fit it as norm.

Not shabby at all mate. Glad you got yourself one. Is there a grill on the bumper infront of the FMIC? Looks awful well shaped to be a cooler haha.

15" 4x100 185 50 alloys will they fit ok on a glanza
StuDoc 72 replied to russ78's topic in Alignment & Alloys
165 =O Wow lol Thats like a corsa steel wheel they cant be that narrow lol. No you need to know the offset to know if they will need a wheel spacer. I very much doubt it though as they dont sound like very wide wheels. -

StuDoc 72 replied to russ78's topic in Alignment & Alloys
Im not 100% sure about stud patterns and stuff but if the tyres are 185 they should fit id imagine as thats quite a narrow tyre. -
Cv joint and or boot? They are 2 very different things bud? ARB links and hand brake cables are cheap just buy them new dont waste your time with used ones you will only have to replace them again in 5 mins time.

Clutch Question... Help Needed Urgently!
StuDoc 72 replied to Browner's topic in Drivetrain & Transmission
Looks pretty standard to me mate maybe stage 1 at best. Id imagine if it was holding 318bhp with no slip it would have to be paddle or a racing clutch. If someone selling isnt honest about 1 thing how can u be confident in what your buying. -
Boost problem after filter relocation?
StuDoc 72 replied to waderz06's topic in Intake, Turbo & Exhaust
Where the rubber hose goes onto the bov. Is there no clip on it? Did you just remove the efi pipe? And is it a standard actuator? If you did what did u do with the 2nd nipple on the actuator? If you blocked it off you will be stuck on low boost. -
Best? Or best value for money? E manage blue or ultimate will be more than suitable for the job. Decats and intercoolers really arent important as long as the decat isnt going to break and the intercooler is large enough as quality of them doesnt really contribute. Id focus on spending the money on a decent mani as this is where reliability issues lie. Traders on here offer a good selection of manis to choose from whichever suits u best.

Any ideas...Disturbing piks added! Lo

^^this. Either that or axle/bottom mount is bent causing the stress on the top mount. -
Boost dropping off. UPDATED PLEASE HELP!!!
StuDoc 72 replied to Beastmode panda's topic in Intake, Turbo & Exhaust
If it was the boost controller surely that would cause creep rather than no boost. U cant go lower than actuator boost with an ebc so in tht case wid be a fucked actuator. -
Boost dropping off. UPDATED PLEASE HELP!!!
StuDoc 72 replied to Beastmode panda's topic in Intake, Turbo & Exhaust
You got a gauge mate? Is there no pressure what so ever? Have you checked your mani isnt cracked? Is there any smoke either?....turbo could have packed it. So many things Id need to go through them 1 at a time while you give me feedback lol. Basically: Mani, Cooler, Turbo, actuator, vac pipes. -
No. Im not 100% sure on whether it would even work with coil and distributor. If it does then Im saying it would be far safer running it with piggy back or stand alone as you would want to have it mapped to be safe.
