Unscrew the speedo cable which goes into the gearbox. Screw it onto the convertor and screw the convertor onto the gearbox where the cable went. Make sure the cable doesnt come out too far or it will come out the back of your dials and youll need to pull them out and put it back in and it just becomes a pain in the tits.
-
Just turn it by hand then my friend. Will be far easier to see.
-
It will splatter everywhere, done it loads on different engines and the 4e cams are quite open to the elements lol. Take off the rocker and turn the bottom pully with a wheel bar. You will be able to see how much the valves are moving. Clockwise Obviously lol.

I have a quality JDM set up in the for sale section buddy. Ill get you the link. http://www.ukstarletowners.com/topic/61911-jdm-fast-roadlight-track-suspension-ep8291-arc-rep-tmic/ Far better than any of the standard replacement shocks you getn nowadays that last 6 months on lowering springs. And the HKS springs speak for themselves.

Ill check this morning mate but Im almost sure its its 1TB. Haha I've honestly put about 30 people on mates rates over the last few years. Now all of a sudden they decide to give somthing back lol. Are you a service tech I take it? Your right its 500. Im sure 1 of my pals said he got a 1tb when his was installed. Not that it really makes a differance 500mb is still plenty.
-
Pretty sure its been 1tb for bout a year now has it not?

You need : EMB Standard harness Ignition Harness Injector harness Map sensor. The harness will more than likely all be in 1 part though. -

Basically I work for VM and can get people a thing called mates rates if they don't already have VM or dont have all 3 services ( TV, Phone, Broadband ) It works out to be something in the region of £30 a month discount. For around £48 a month you will get. 500mb TIVO Box HD set top box. 60mb broadband with superhub. Landline with virgin unlimited ( free calls to other virgin landlines.) You will get all channels minus Sports and Movies. Which can be added for extra. For an extra £5 a month you can upgrade to: 100mb Internet Unlmtd phone so calls to mobiles and international

Help needed Clutch adjusting
StuDoc 72 replied to 1990timeismoney's topic in Drivetrain & Transmission
If its biting near the floor then its biting too early? Not too late. If its biting high up then its too late and there is risk of slipping. Theres a rod on the pedal give that an adjustment and see if it helps. Also bleed your cylinder and see if that helps aswell. -
Lol I meant for getting MOT's when its modded ya fud. lol.

The oil will be coming out of the open hole on the catch can stick the breather filter on there it will stop it spitting out. Alternately put the filter on the breather on the rocker cover between HT lead 1&2. Then use some breather pipe to connect the PCV valve to the vacuum nipple on the intake mani fold that you have bunged up with a bolt.
-
Depends really if the car isnt a daily and the engine is mint and the oil inside is pretty new when its being changed again then it wont do harm it will just clean the inside of the engine. But if you do alot of mileage between changes and the oil has time to thin out and carbon can gather then I'd stay well away.
-
Especially on a turbo. Last thing you want is thin oil in a turbo. These things are for N/A engines. I know the Forte 1 is pretty good though.
