  1. I can do them any day mate you know me. Its just hard enough trying to get people to agree lol.
  2. How about this 1 any thoughts? I have a Tongs CT9 and when it goes on boost around 2500-2800 its shoots up to 0.8-0.9 for avery quick second or 2. It then settles higher up the revs around 0.5-0.6. I know you will get a slight spike with initial boost but it shouldnt be this far above what its holding any body came across this before? I still have the standard top mount which I know wont help. Plus i think my actuator is pretty loose as without the EBC it only makes about 0.2-0.3 so I was going to tighten that to about 0.4-0.5 and see if that helped. Any suggestions to jump start my thoughts would be helpful though.
  3. Anyone going up the night? Needty pick up the burd from there so might go up earlier if I can get a few of us??
  4. Dont do your alignment until you have the suspension set up. Its a waste of time. They will use guages on the back and front wheels to set them up and if they are doing full set up will adjust the camber also. Bringing down the back end will then upset all of this. When doing alignment the 1st thing you do is check tyre pressures. If a few mm in your tyre wall makes a diff then it sitting like a monster truck at the back will send it way out. I 100% would wait untill its all done 1st.
  5. Nice GT mate I like. The 106 tho not so much........u sold the right car lol
  6. Take a pic of the shock and let us see incase you are adjusting the wrong part
  7. I dont think clamping has ever been legal in scotland. As for towing if its from the owner of the car park then im sure they can get it moved as its private land. Should find out who owns it mate.

  12. Check out CJ performance there is a group buy for DGR ones on there and they are very reasonably priced (about the same as most 2nd hand 1s) If you think they are more than what you want to spend. I have a tidy shock and spring set up in the for sale section.
  13. Sticky brakes?
  14. Was just at the wind up mate because you said can you get one but obv you will need 1 for either side.......not good having to explain lol.
  15. I dont imagine it would have to come out to remove the engine mate but might be helpful if it is. I wouldn't waste your time or the money on antifreeze just fit it when the engine goes back in.
  16. Its what you would expect to pay for 1 that needs a rebuild it costs a fair bit though.
  17. I thought the only difference between a and b was an extra exhaust blade no?
  18. Building it back up is always easier than taking it apart. If you remember where everything goes youve already done the hard bit well done.
  19. If all standard 1s have the same comp wheel then its defo not standard.
  20. Aye standard CT9 has 4on4 blades on the compwheel. Unless there is different ones. Dunno wot type it is though. Exhaust blades look fucked though. Is it supposed to be working condition?
  21. Welcome matey!
  22. I'd only want to split if there was buyers for the shocks and top mounts matey. Plus postage to Barbados may be ......interesting lol.
