  1. If they are torqued to 155NM then it shouldn't be hard to come off 155 isn't very tight at all. Its more to do with the time its been on for the heat of the engine and the fact the engine turns when its on. Try a buzz gun buddy if that fails you will need some oxy acetylene to heat it up.
  2. Ok well your gna need a buzz gun then. Did you have the passenger side wheel on the deck when you were doing so? It just takes some persistance and send a bit of shock through the bolt as it will be very tight to stop the engine undoing itself. If you have both drive shafts still in place and the gearbox is all intact then gear and brakes should have locked it I find that strange unless your clutch is slipping.
  3. Put it in gear and foot on the brakes.
  4. I'm not planning on taking the whole bumper off. I've tried to fit the panel but it fouled the grill where both attach to the bumper. Can you give me a pic of how yours is done please?
  5. Has anyone fitted one of these with this bumper and grill. Could you let me see/know how you fixed the cooling panel to the bumper where the grill clips to it and how u go it in. Cheers.

  12. Alright guys well its been a long time coming but I thought I may aswell start a build thread 5 years after buying the car lol. Ill do the word works then add pics when I can this will be a long MOFO 1st post lol. Bought the car in the spring of 2008 after spending a good while looking for an unubused example without spending £6k on a fresh import. I found mine on PH went through to Edinburgh to have a look and bought it for £3500. It was one of the most immaculate I had seen even though it had done 104000km it didnt look like it had done a yard over 50k. The only mods in the car were a Son

  16. This is still a bargain can pick up the unit for less than 200 on ebay this is the expensive part when u consider having it wired together by a mapper etc someone snap this up. GLWS mate.
  17. Theoretically it would quieten it down as it is a cloth material so therefore would absorb vibrations. Whether it is noticeable or not is another matter.
  18. Aw well if they are knackered just bin them. Thought it was just corrosion.
  19. Now now boys public forum n all tht.
  20. Are they corroded with rust? Or just with battery acid? If its the battery acid just pour boiling water over the terminals and sand them down a little and its ready for your new battery. If its rust then just dive straight into sanding them.
  21. Make a photobucket account upload them to that then copy and past the IMG CODE onto your post and it will appear as a pic. Where you from?
  22. Whoever he 1st told he planned on painting it that colour really should have been having words. I feel like they are to blame for this!!
