Ideally i would imagine you would want your crank inspected for any damage or wear and have it reground or polished dependin on the verdict of the inspection. Then decide what bearings you would require? John

This might be a long shot, I see Max has a quickshift on his, does your brother have one aswell? As when i fitted mine although i was provided with spacers it was really tricky to get into gear, turned out the lever was still catching on the tunnel. So i just battered the tunnel down out of the road a bit and it worked fine? May be worth a look dude? John
