well seal on the pass side door is looking abit worse for ware and i got a damp footwell that seems to be wettest next to the door. anyone changed these and how hard are they todo? any part numbers/prices be great aswell cheers shaun

i ran the blitz ecu it was good and a nice step up from the stock ecu but then i got my emu maped and theres no comparison at all emu has a far better map and i even use alot less fuel than i did with the blitz. id certainly say go for the piggyback over any plug and play ecus however just remember the piggybacks will only ever be as good as the mapper

need a tool like this pretty sure the spark plug gaps are listed on tgtt. any garage or anything would prob check it for u so u dont have to get the tool only take a couple mins todo worth the check its only a couple quid always best to start with the cheap things first

id check the spark plug gaps mine were slightly out and it made it low on power but wasnt giving missfires till i was proper kicking the arse out at with the td04

i was always under the impression if u took the cap off when it was running it was bound to split oil at u and that was just normal but i could be mistaken a compresstion test is the real test tbh

totaly depends were u go mate and how its getting wired in be it a emb/emu/dastek in to a feild harness and what not. were u from some local lads might be able to sujest places to go

sounds good i had a prob with mine for ages would come on every now and again. then found out the pattern it would come on in the shitty weather and when i power washed the car it would go off again so musta been getting some shit stuck in it. nice when its a good cheap easy fix

as above most hid kits wont allow u to still have the full beam light working aswell

my understanding is the car doesnt have to have the cat fitted provided it can still pass the basic emisions test which if its maped correctly it should. abs wise u either have to remove all the abs parts from the car as if it has them it most work or if u need a temp fix is times are tough u can pikey style the light so ull pass the mot but obv ud still want to get it sorted asap

could be its toasted the thermo id change that first and its only a couple of quid and nice quik fix. always best to start with the cheap options first

had mine sitting around for ages but just bined them other week there its pretty simple to fit mate just remove the stock earths and replace with the correct sized lead and think u got 2 spares u can pick were u want them to go. the guy that made them riped of a bunch of people on ebay then started trading under another name on e-bay so doubt ull get much reponsive from him at all

had a quik look since am bored. as the obv would state red goes to positve black goes to negitive. then u tap in to the 11th pin on the smallest plug ( see above table) the yellow wire then connects to the ecu side and the white wire connects to the loom side.

cant comment much on the sld but am sure a quik google browse should help you the pin out diagram for the ep91 might be of some help. i presume it will be speed signal u will have to tap into which is pin 11 on the smallest plug

looking good think u should fill in the spot for the rear fog tho ruins the bumpers IMO just looks outta place
