  1. Are you at japfest 2 Alex? I will pop over and say hi mate!
  2. Thanks Colin all your help is much appreciated mate!
  3. Is there any way of me confirming this? Suppose I could just take the belt off...
  4. Right, I'm having this on going problem. I get a very high pitched screech when my car is cold, I have adjusted both belts so they are tensioned correctly and yet still I have this problem. ive tried spraying WD40 on the both belts as a temporary measure but doing this just makes it ALOT worse. Both belts are brand new which would suggest to me that it's something else. Maybe bearings in one of the pulleys? When the car is hot/warm it seems to come and then go a lot quicker than when cold maybe 20-30secs when cold it can go on for 5mins+ ... Is there any way of me confirming this? Thanks and I appreciated any feedback!
  5. Thanks for the kind words Matt! It's very much appreciated! Thanks Alex! Much appreciated mate!
  6. Done a oil change yesterday! I Got the Fuchs Titan GT1 on offer from opie oils. I was using the 10-60 millers but the car doesn't see any track action so I'm now using the 5-40 fully synthetic. Done at 163530km
  7. I'll be at the last meeting point, only 23miles away from me!

Send Liam D a PM, when I was on a ct9 I had him make me a hybrid from a standard ct9 turbo and it was awesome! Nice power delivery aswell. Good for around 200hp!
  9. Cooler looks awesome, if you don't mind me asking, how much did that lot cost you? Been looking for a cooler as I'm looking to do a few track days once I have an LSD. PM if you want mate! keep up the good work mate and glad to hear it's still going!

I would also suggest turbo seals mate!
  11. Really easy mate, took me around 30mins too replace and 5 mins to adjust so all the gaps were equal!
  12. I'm currently using japspeed system on a billet td04 made 300.9hp. It's 2.5, 2.75 then 4.5inch backbox. Mine also has the drop in the downpipe! Hope this helps mate!
  13. Bump
  14. Mine is a daily at 300bhp and the exact same setup as you! I agree with john 100% I drive mine around on low boost everywhere, it's plenty of fun and with my driving style it very rarely ever sees over 5k rpm. Stick at it though mate, you won't regret it. Hope it all goes together for you either way
  15. Sorted guys thanks!
  16. As above please PM with what you have with photos. Must be suitable for 1998 glanza. Thanks
  17. They plug straight into the your original loom but you will require an aftermarket ecu to run them! Be sure to get second hand ones flow tested etc or just by them from tuning developments? They are on there website!
  18. I took the trip up to tuning developments again today to have my car mapped on the Td300 turbo. A couple of other bits were done aswell thanks to nick and Mike. The dipstick tube was secured properly as it was loose, clutch pedal has been adjusted and I can honestly say it feel 95% better! And the alternator belt was replaced also! Then the mapping happened.. Loaded her onto the dyno and started to add the boost and about 1hour or so later we was complete with a figure! She hit the magical 300 which is what I wanted! 300.9hp with 280ftlb of torque. The car feels totally different to drive now, it has so much more low down torque than the previous turbo even at spring pressure (0.8bar). This was all done in perfect time, I have a local car show to go to tomorrow so when I got home I started to clean her!
  19. Awesome job cleaning that up mate, keep up the good work!
  20. Im using the tuning developments 430cc injectors and using these to go 300+hp so around 1.4bar so I would say 430 would be fine! Rx8 injectors are pretty much the same!
  21. Similar thing happend to me in my own private car parking space, luckily I watched the guy reverse but before I got out there it was too late, he'd already hit my wing He coughed up the cash! Hope you get it sorted mate
  22. I had the rainsport 3's fitted this morning and the wheels balanced, what a difference! I am unable to enter the "boost" margin at the moment as I'm still un-mapped but even with no boost and a nice bendy road they are awesome! Really are worth the money. The car is booked in for mapping tomorrow so I will can really put the tyres to the test once the mapping is complete! can't wait!
  23. I've never used the rainsport 3's, Im Looking forward to seeing how they perform
