If it was already there why did they still try to remove it surely they would contact you about it? It can be weld dont no how long it would last or you could get the head swapped but that may cost a bit with the gasket and headbolts

Going by this id day it was creep but if it just goes to a bar then id say its fine. If your taking the manifold off you could just port the turbo at the same time?
