I think it should be brought in for long term unemployed. Essentially it would make them more employable and some of them may even stay in past the conscripted limit. Or it would scare the useless gits into getting a proper job. -

Chewing gum. I was pretty much deaf for the 1st 3 days after my 1st flight. Now I just chew gum when flying and it really helps

That's a sick whip. 306 diesel. Whack a hybrid on it. Do 40mpg plus, cost peanuts to buy and they're uber simple when they brake.
