    If be careful there mate, he hasn't mentioned anything about managment, running all that extra power with the mods and no apperant ecu upgrade can't be great for the engine :-/ James

    No worries, for piece of mind I lowered my red na on PI springs for two years and the shocks had done 109,000 miles when fitted then up to 121,000 miles with no problems at all! James

    welcome along mate there's a 4efe tuning guide on here somewhere the best your get is 100bhp maybe a tad more depending how deep your pockets are James
