Just take you're time and heat the paint up with a heat gun. I had some kind of white sealant between the arch and the lip on each corner right bugger to remove.

I have 25mm spacers scrubs a tiny bit some times nothing a hammer wont sort out though

dead easy and work really well just got to be carefull you dont flair the arch lol i need to get a dolly and pannel hammer in mine to get it flush with the inside of the arch though.

I done the rear on mine was a pain as I had to disconnect the coil over to get the arch roller in there. didn't crack the paint on the arch but I did on the lip it's self. just take your time with it it's not as hard as people make out.
